              Break into groups as follows:   (9:15 - 10:15 am)

             1.Financial Stability--Randy Mattia, Group Chair; Kim Weber, Co-Chair

             2.Programs/Services--Diane Crutcher, Group Chair; Deb Presley, Co-Chair (Deb is unable to attend the retreat but wanted to note her as a significant contributor to this effort overall)

             3.Community Outreach--Sandy Ginther, Group Chair; Shelly Marquis, Co-Chair

             4.Volunteers--Diane Walker, Group Chair; Steve Newbold, Co-Chai

             Break-out goals:

             1.Review 10/3/15 CIDSO Annual Minutes

             2.Prepare a recommendation to report back to the large group.
